Two aluminum rotor set for 4 DualPole Mini motor
or Assembled 4 Dualpole Mini motor
. Same rotor dimensions as the lexan rotors that come with the kit normally, except for the added hubs on both sides with one of them having a set screw. For 5 mil shaft. 5" diameter. One set of holes is for the magnets, which need to be glued in with epoxy or crazy glue (make sure one rotor has the magnets opposite facing from the other for this motor). The other set of holes is only so that the rods of the coils can be removed, but are unnecessary because the set screws allow for easy removal of the rotors (unlike the lexan rotors that are pressed on).
These rotors allow for the motor to be run at much faster speeds which can be achieved at running it at higher voltages (higher than 12V). In order to do that some changes need to be made to the circuit. The base resistors need to be higher resistance along with the branch resistor. The reed switch needs to be protected from pushing too much power through it. It can be connected to a 12V section of the primary battery bank rather than 24 or higher to help in this.
