4 Pole Mini DualPolar Magnet Motor Unssembled (circuit assembled).
The 4 DualPole has now been significantly improved to be both an attraction and repulsion motor. The motor now has a very strong pull of the larger magnets to the new enlarged cores of the coils while continuing to pulse them away after top dead center to allow the motor to still run only in repulsion mode (that is running in attraction mode would mean the motor would be turned on to attract the magnets in, but that would be worse and that is not necessary with this motor as they do that on their own without the need to turn on the motor at that point). So the motor still runs the same way, only it has a lot more torque because the natural attraction adds to the motor. The new magnets are 1/2" x 1/2" (pulls 28 lbs) cylinders rather than 3/8" x 3/16" (pulls 8 lbs) and pressed into a 1/2" thick rotor rather than 1/4". The stator coils have much bigger 19 ga wire and a thicker core with improved laminations that make for a much stronger motor. The shaft is also enlarged to a 3/8" from the former 5 mm. The driving circuit is also improved with a new Arduino controlled mosfet gate driver for improved efficiency with significantly higher frequency switching. Various code options allow for changing the frequency along with a pot adjustment to change the pulse width. Included within the frequency on time is our liberty pulse frequency which is an attempt to change the frequency every 10th of a second for biological safety over harmful effects cased by being subjected to continuous contact with unchanging frequencies of almost any range. The generator coils are also the same as the motor stator coils and allow a significant output while allowing a lot of torque left over. This new motor with the significantly higher frequency and much faster turning on and off of the mosfets allows for significantly higher negative energy output while also including positive energy output following the negative energy flow. This gives the benefits of both types of energy in the batteries or other loads. With this motor you can use what I have called the third stage process without having to use the trigger coil (the spike over the load will be over 10 times the input voltage). The mosfets are now protected with a suitable snubber arrangement which contributes to the added efficiency of the motor.
Comes with magnets installed in rotor and Arduino circuit board, mosfet driver and mosfet assembled.Options include the choice to upgrade to the Arduino DUE board from the UNO board to allow around 5 times the frequency during the on time. Also this motor can be stacked with second and third layers. However, there is so much torque from the single layer motor at 12V that suitable loads must be placed on the shaft in addition to the generator coils output at the highest power setting. With such loads the motor easily runs at 100W @12V.
