BATTERY ROTATING SCHEMATIC.

The double stacked 4 DualPole has now been significantly upgraded. Now comes with two 2500W Mosfets (500V/100A), 1.2KV 76A Schottky SiC diodes, and additional capacitors to allow for higher voltage spiking while doing negative energy engineering on the output (third stage process ideas). Also, as of Aug 2019, the new stator coils have bigger 18ga wire and a thicker 1/2" laminated core that makes for a much stronger motor. The shaft is also enlarged to a 3/8". The driving circuit is also improved with a new Arduino controlled mosfet gate driver for improved efficiency speed control. The generator coils are also the same as the motor stator coils and allow a significant output. With this motor you can use what has been called the third stage process without having to use the trigger coil. The mosfets are now protected with a suitable snubber arrangement which contributes to the added efficiency of the motor.
This motor can be stacked with a third layer or be just a single layerThe motor can draw peak power up to 300W @12V (and that doubles with doubling voltage).  36-48 volt input requires different code and bigger heatsinking.
Optional Autotransformer Variac for loading the generator coils
 
This is shown in our video. When the 4 (or 8 if you have a doublestacked motor) generator coils are in series you can connect the two wires to the variac. Use at your own risk. We can only recommend this to be done by qualified technicians and in accordance with local code requirements. When so connected the motor will speed up with a suitable load when the dial is turned down to 0-10V. As you turn it up it will slow down the motor more and more. If the switch is turned off the motor will slow down (if the dial was below 10V under load). This allows for another gain in the motor and also as a variable output. Do not turn dial while turned on (especially under heavy load) or it may arc.
You can also add more coils around the motor coils as shown in our video to increase the output without affecting the motor function and its regular gains. This is also shown in our above video. Click the link to add as many coils to your order as you wish. They are not a huge gain to the system, but they are significant. 
As of April 9, 2018 controller boards come with optional battery rotating built into the code. To activate battery swapping code place jumber across pins 4 and 5 and use pins 3 and 6 to drive two mosfets to momentarily power alternating solinoids on a four pole latching contactor. See above video and schematic for details. Presently we offer the latching contactor.
