We have used this Mosfet with our motors to replace the 200W transistors we normally use to switch the motors. These are easy to switch over from the transistors as they have the same TO-264 case and the same junction positions. These can replace 4, 8 (one board) or 16 (two boards) transistors. To regulate these mosfets with our motors, or to limit their power, adjust the input voltage of the motor or use our speed controller to adjust the pulse and width. Please note that unlike transistors Mosfets require very little voltage and current to the Gate terminal.
Recommended for high power 12V applications.
